PowerBar is a full body workout by Kirsten Simpson, who has over 25 years experience as a qualified group fitness instructor. This high intensity routine, weight resistance class, incorporates the use of barbells and dumbbells to suit the individual participant, and trains the whole body over a 60 minute period, involving aspects of resistance training and body weight training in high intensity intervals. This class will help in improving your cardiovascular fitness, build and tone muscle and increase overall strength and endurance.

Kirsten has been at Dynamic Fitness Centre for 30 years and holds qualifications in Powerbar, pregnancy exercise, kids fitness, Step, Hi-Impact and freestyle cardio classes. Kirsten has extensive experience previously working in Melbourne, instructing group fitness classes at Latrobe University Bundoora, Melbourne City Baths, Whitehorse Aquatic and Leisure Centre and Hunts Fitness in Fitzroy.
