Come and discover the magic of Yoga with Belinda from Yogi Bee. The classes are a great place to start if you haven’t practiced Yoga before, or if you are new to Yoga. You don’t need to be flexible, coordinated or strong. Classes are designed to suit everyBODY and are accessible to all.

Belinda will guide you through basic asana (movement/poses), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Belinda will guide you in a way where you will have time to settle and explore the sensations of each asana – helping you build a healthier body, mind and spirit.

Classes are limited to 15 participants, and are held in a  safe and supportive environment.
All equipment is provided (you can bring your own mat if you like), all you need to do is wear comfortable clothing, arrive and be open to discovering the magic of Yoga.
