Member Services

We offer our members a wide range of fixed-term memberships, that we separate into white, black and gold memberships, from the concept of Yin & Yang.

Our white membership provides access to the gymnasium and cardio areas, our black membership provides access to the hydrotherapy recovery area and our gold membership provides access to both areas.

We offer casual visits, as well as flexible gym/cardio memberships, which are based on the number of visits, rather than term or duration of the membership. We also allow the option to purchase single sessions, or multi-passes for those who still would like access, but do not wish to combine the other services into their membership.

Sports & Injury Treatment

Owner and Manager, Chris Fowler, first started in the fitness industry over 20 years ago, at Dynamic Fitness Centre. An interest in sporting injuries stems from his own experience with chronic and constant pain, after suffering serious injuries during his time as a police officer. Volunteering and working as a trainer at local sporting clubs, allowed him to develop his skills further, acquiring knowledge and new techniques for treating and assessing pain and injury.

Sport and injury treatment requires a combination of methods and techniques including massage, remedial exercise and hydrotherapy, to target the origin of the pain, rather than just the symptom. Investing the time in understanding a client’s history, helps in establishing realistic and common goals for recovery and rehabilitation.

THE DYNAMIC FITNESS CENTRE

Since 1978, Dynamic Fitness Centre has been operating from Shop 5, down the Taled Arcade, located at 101 Hare Street, Echuca. Our huge facility features:

A fully equipped gymnasium/weights room
A separate cardio area upstairs
A separate group fitness studio upstairs
Toilets & change room facilities both upstairs & downstairs
A private therapy/massage room
A fully refurbished hydrotherapy area
Including dry steam sauna, plunge pool & hydrotherapy jet spa
